Please note: the following bibliographic entries are not complete descriptions of the first edition
and therefore should not be held as authoritative. For example, A.K. Loring published the first edition
of "Frank's Campaign". However, Loring published many editions of "Frank's Campaign", so just because your copy
of "Frank's Campaign" was published by Loring does not guarantee that it is a first edition. For complete
